Visiting with the Doom Patrol and Amazing $2 Back Issues

I was lamenting the lack of comic shops in NYC (the ancestral home of comic shops!), when I pulled up a map of the area surrounding my hotel in Long Island City. Intrigued by a Vietnamese sandwich shop a quarter mile away I sketched out my route. Lo and behold… Everyone Comics x Collectibles was right around the corner.

For a smaller shop it had a huge personality. Doom Patrol original art - including a giant mural - graced the hang-out room. There were new issue displays, featured LGBT+ books and (yes!) back issues.
